Real World License Agreement

Music teachers often find themselves struggling with attempting have
productive and active lessons, and following restrictive copyright laws that we
know ultimately benefit us by providing motivation for composers and
publishers to create new music and methods. Our license agreement for
published music, delivered in electronic format, makes this balance work in
the teacher's favor.

When you buy published music from resources4music.com, it is delivered in
electronic format to be printed by the music teacher for his or her own
students. Our agreement with buyers of our music is that copies can be made
for that teacher's students only. Copying and distributing copies to persons
other than one's own students, or copying and distributing the electronic files
to other teachers is expressly forbidden. Posting the electronic files online in
a manner that they are publicly accessible is also not allowed. Posting of the
electronic files on a school, or teacher's, or any website is allowed in a
password-protected area only, where the password is not posted on the website,
or linking website. You may post electronic files for individual students to
make copies of their individual parts with this restriction. Posting of files for
download by other teachers or professionals is not acceptable. Downloading
and copying is for the students only of the purchaser.

If another music teacher wants to use the music, please send them to
resources4music.com, and have them purchase their own low-cost copy.  With easy, secure payment through PayPal, and immediate download, a teacher can be preparing the music for class in just a few minutes, and can use it forever.
